BDX Revolution represents a partnership between Producta Vignobles of Bordeaux and the famous Dave Hohnen, founder of Cloudy Bay Wines. The goal is to combine the strengths and innovations of French and Australian winemakers to create contemporary wines from France’s greatest wine growing region... Bordeaux. We make wines for aficionados that are exciting, delicious, classy and affordable. Vive la Révolution!
Location
Bordeaux is the largest vineyard for appellation wines in the whole of France. Situated in the South West near the Atlantic, it is crossed by the rivers Garonne and Dordogne and enjoys a temperate maritime climate. The richness, the quality and the diversity of its wines derive from the particular character of the terroirs, the experience of the winegrowers and the art of blending. Wines of the Bordeaux Sec appellation combine the fruit of the Sauvignon with the roundness of Sémillon in a well-balanced blend. A regional appellation covering the entire vineyard zone of the Gironde department.
Winemaking
Clever French engineering and technology comes to the fore with the amazing machine harvesters that are the key to quick, gentle picking and speedy processing to produce vibrant, fresh juice ready for a cold fermentation followed by clarification and cool storage in tank ahead of bottling.

Tasting
Harvested to maximise the mid spectrum ripeness expressed by aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruit and citrus. The taste is everything the aroma suggests : satisfying and enjoyable, closing with citrus acidity a hallmark of Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc.
Food pairings
Drink chilled at 12°C as an aperitif, with grilled fish or fresh goat cheese.
