Presentation
At last, the good times are here with the Cabane aux Oiseaux! Light and fruity, this refreshing wine will accompany the convivial moments of aperitifs or meals with friends. A seductive wine that will take you on a journey to the edge of the basin, around the cabins of the Ile aux Oiseaux, before disembarking on the Banc d'Arguin!
Location
The IGP Atlantique (Protected Geographical Indication) designates the great terroirs of south western France, which benefit from the favours of the Atlantic, with on the one hand the warmth of its sun, and on the other the ideal humidity provided by the sea spray. Close your eyes and enjoy a glass of IGP Atlantique wine : you're there !
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to avoid strong heat. Rapid destemming and crushing of the grapes. Short skin contact of a few hours. Pressing of the grapes. The must obtained is cold settled before the alcoholic fermentation. This continues until all the sugar is used up, to provide a dry wine. It takes place with temperature control in the presence of yeasts selected according to the required profile. Ageing on fine lees.

Advice

Rosé frais plaisant
Tasting
Pretty light pink colour. The nose is both fruity and floral, with notes of strawberries, raspberries and roses. The palate is crisp, carried by a tangy finish that gives it a pleasant freshness. A wine for pleasure.
Food pairings
Serve between 10 and 12°C as an aperitif or with grilled sea bream, lasagna or fresh goat cheese.
