Presentation
Belle France focuses on culture, Haussmannian architecture and the French art of living. Discover its Bordeaux wine, a testimony to this refinement.
Location
Located in the heart of Southern France, the IGP Aude wine region benefits from a Mediterranean climate with diverse soils ranging from limestone to clay and gravel. This protected geographical indication allows for a wide variety of grape varieties and wine styles, offering approachable, fruit-driven wines that showcase the richness and character of the Aude terroir.
Winemaking
Red wines under the IGP Aude designation are typically produced through traditional vinification methods. After harvest, grapes are destemmed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve fruit aromas. Depending on the style, maceration lasts 1–3 weeks to extract color and tannins. The wines are then gently pressed, aged in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, and bottled to retain freshness and balance.
