Presentation
MYA, a rosé wine that captures the essence of the Bordeaux region. The "M" evokes the sea that borders our vineyards, the "Y" symbolises the Gironde estuary, and the "A" represents Arcachon and our Appellation.
This cuvée invites you to discover the singular harmony between land, sea and sky, offering a perfect balance of flavour and freshness…
Location
The IGP Atlantique (Protected Geographical Indication) designates the great terroirs of south western France, which benefit from the favours of the Atlantic, with on the one hand the warmth of its sun, and on the other the ideal humidity provided by the sea spray. Close your eyes and enjoy a glass of IGP Atlantique wine : you're there !
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to avoid strong heat. Rapid destemming
and crushing of the grapes. Short skin contact of a few hours. Pressing of the grapes.
The must obtained is cold settled before the alcoholic fermentation. This continues until all the sugar is used up, to provide a dry wine. It takes place with temperature control in the presence of yeasts selected according to the required profile. Ageing on fine lees.
