Presentation
Imagine for a moment that the good life is brought right to your table. This is the experience of freshness and lightness offered by our new range “LA VIE EN LOW”. Our two IGP Atlantique wines, with the alcohol reduced to 9%, are a response to the global trend towards moderation. Take the time to savour each sip with delicacy, finesse and always in moderation.
Location
The IGP Atlantique (Protected Geographical Indication) designates the great terroirs of south western France, which benefit from the favours of the Atlantic, with on the one hand the warmth of its sun, and on the other the ideal humidity provided by the sea spray. Close your eyes and enjoy a glass of IGP Atlantique wine : you're there !
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to avoid strong heat. Rapid destemming
and crushing of the grapes. Short skin contact of a few hours. Pressing of the grapes.
The must obtained is cold settled before the alcoholic fermentation. This continues until all the sugar is used up, to provide a dry wine. It takes place with temperature control in the presence of yeasts selected according to the required profile. Ageing on fine lees.

Taste profile
Rosé frais plaisant
Tasting
Pretty light pink colour. The fruity nose offers notes of fresh red berries: strawberries and raspberries. The crisp and fresh palate is carried by a tangy finish and boiled candy. A wine for pleasure.
Food pairings
Serve between 10 and 12°C as an aperitif or with grilled vegetables and meats, squid fritters or tomato, peach and feta salad.
